The Guest Relations Executive will be responsible for ensuring a smooth, courteous, and supportive experience for patients, attendants, and visitors within the hospital. The role involves managing patient interactions, addressing inquiries, and coordinating with clinical and non-clinical teams to ensure efficient service delivery and a positive hospital experience.
Qualification
- Graduate from a recognized institution
Experience
- Prior experience in Public Relations or Customer Relations, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and guide patients, families, and visitors with professionalism and empathy
- Assist with patient registration, appointment coordination, and service-related inquiries
- Provide timely support and information to ensure a seamless hospital experience
- Coordinate with departments such as nursing, billing, diagnostics, and admissions to facilitate patient needs
- Manage patient feedback, concerns, and service requests with sensitivity and discretion
- Maintain accurate communication logs and adhere to hospital service protocols
- Support crowd management and assist in handling high-traffic situations
- Uphold hospital service standards and ensure patient-centric communication at all times
