• Appointments booked online cannot be cancelled by the patient.
• Patients must report to the designated counter at the hospital 30 minutes before the scheduled appointment time, along with the confirmation email/SMS. Failure to report on time will be considered a "no-show."
• Appointment slots are provisional and may change based on the doctor's duty schedule for the specific date.
• Change of doctor is not permitted for online appointments.
• For appointments made at least 48 hours in advance, you can request a change in the appointment date once, provided the request is made at least 24 hours before the original appointment. For appointments made within 24 hours, no changes will be allowed.
• SP Fort Hospital and the concerned doctor reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments at any time. In case of rescheduling, patients will be notified via Call/SMS or email with the updated date/time/slot, which they can accept.
• If your appointment is cancelled or rescheduled by SP Fort Hospital, the fee collected will be refunded, but we will not be responsible for any other costs or damages.
• SP Fort Hospital reserves the right to alter the appointment time to accommodate emergency patients.
• Please bring the confirmation printout/SMS with you when you arrive at the hospital.

• Once payment is made, cancellations are not allowed. In the event of duplicate payments, please contact our Admin, Finance, or Accounts department with proof of the transaction or your bank statement for a refund.
• Refunds will be processed within 10-15 working days. The payment gateway will return the amount to the issuing bank in batches, and the bank's policies will determine the time frame for processing.
• By submitting a payment through our online payment system, you agree to these terms and conditions, including any future updates.
