Junior Resident – Plastic Surgery Department

Role Overview

The Junior Resident will assist in patient care and support surgical procedures within the Plastic Surgery Department. The role involves working closely with senior doctors, providing pre and post-operative care, and contributing to the overall clinical workflow of the department.

Qualification

• MBBS from a recognized institution

Experience

• Experience in a Surgical Department preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in surgical procedures and patient management under supervision
• Monitor patients’ pre- and post-operative conditions
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
• Support patient consultations and follow-ups
• Coordinate with nursing and allied healthcare teams to ensure smooth patient care
• Adhere to hospital protocols, safety, and infection control guidelines
