Senior CCU Nurse – Intensive Care Unit
Role Overview
The Senior CCU Nurse will be responsible for delivering high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill patients in the Critical Care Unit. The role involves advanced patient monitoring, timely clinical support, and effective coordination with healthcare teams to ensure safe and efficient patient care.
Qualification
- GNM / B.Sc Nursing from a recognized institution
Experience
- Minimum 15 years of clinical experience in CCU
Key Responsibilities
- Provide continuous monitoring and specialized nursing care for CCU patients.
- Support administration of medications and clinical procedures as directed.
- Operate and manage critical care equipment (ventilators, monitors, infusion pumps, etc.)
- Perform accurate assessment, documentation, and reporting of patient status
- Maintain infection control and patient safety standards
- Assist in emergency response situations
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to support patient care plans
